Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Discussion > Which way to go

Hi! I am trying to figure out exactly what I need to do. Here's what I have: three variables (promised inducements, delivered inducements, and identity - where I predicted a three-way interaction) predicting a mediator (exchange rules) and ultimately predicting outcomes (performance and turnover intentions). Promised and delivered inducements are manipulated. All other variables are latent variables. I am trying to figure out whether or not I should use moderated mediation in SEM OR multigroup analysis (e.g., delivered = 0, 1). For each of these, I have watched videos, *tried* to read journals, etc. Any advice would be appreciated. Based on the technique you advise, do you have any suggestions of places I could find practical advice for implementing this? I am using MPlus.
