What is your sample size, degrees of freedom and chi-square value ?

Hello,
I would like to help me with a problem I have with the goodness of fit indices in several CFA. I get good/acceptable values for RMSEA (from .04 to .70) but bad (<.80) for TLI, NFI and CFI. Can anyone tell me why this happens? Thank you very much!
