SPSS Topics Discussion > spss GEE

Hi, I am trying to run a generalised estimating equation in Spss and have filled in almost all the different topics but can't get the ok button to come up as an option so i can actually run it. Can't work out how to access the sample files they put up either in order to do a practice run!!! Frustrated.com.

Sorry to hear about your difficulty (and frustration), Sarah! Is the "paste" button available, when the "OK" button is not?

Re: GEE on SPSS (v20, Macintosh):

GEE seems to run well for me on SPSS-20, but the descriptive stats (mean, standard error) output is peculiar. In particular, the standard errors are huge, and seem to be more like standard deviations.
When I run the same analysis with ANOVA, the SD is not too far from the reported GEE std error.
I went back and looked at the Statistics leaf on the setup pages, but it is not too specific.
Anybody else notice this problem?
Thanks for any suggestions!
