So, I think I was all wrong. I think it should be a one-way ANOVA or, if I use 2 or more DV, it should be a MANOVA? Is this correct? If so, what type of MANOVA in G*Power??
Thanks!
Sorry for the late reply, KK, but I do think a repeated measures ANOVA is on the right track. In terms of g*power, here is a great tutorial that was made by Karl L. Wuensch:

Hello,
I have a questions about repeated-measures ANOVA. I am trying to figure out what I need to use in G* Power in order to se how many subjects I need for my thesis. Can you tell me if I am doing this corrent? I am planning on having a treatment group and a control group. They will both come in and fill out the same questionnaires, the treatment group will then receive some type of therapy and the control group will read something. 1 month later, both groups will come back in and fil out the same questionnaires. I want to know if there is a difference in the treatment group from baseline to 4 weeks and hopefully no difference in the control group from baseline to 4 weeks. So, my questions are: 1) What do I need to run in G* Power to find out how many subjects I need (total number of subjects)? 2) In G*Power, it asks how many measurements- what does this mean? 3) After I do the experiment- what are the tests I will run to figure out the questions I stated earlier. Thanks!!!
