Hi, I'm not sure if you can help me trouble shoot an error I'm encountering in SPSS when running MI--After running MI, SPSS spits back the following error message:
After 200 draws, the imputation algorithm cannot find an imputed value under the constraints for variable age. Check the minimum and maximum values specified to determine that they are reasonable, and consider raising the number of draws allowed. Execution of this command stops.
In the constraints tab I indicated the min and max values for my age variable (18 to 72). This is the actual age range of the sample so I am confused by the message in terms of checking whether these are 'reasonable' values. I don't understand why SPSS can't find an imputed value in that range. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've run MI before and never seen this error before.
