For my dissertation, I had to create 4 different datasets and do MI separately on them. One dataset has my IVs while the other 3 have the DVs from separate schools that need to be standardized and brought together to create a singular variable. I now need to combine the datasets into one large dataset for my analyses, but I am stuck on how to do that in SPSS (I also have SAS available to me, but I'm unsure as to how to do that). Advice on how to do this would be great!
Hi DAndrea, I'm a bit confused by your question. It sounds like you need to combine both variables and cases, correct? You mentioned that the DVs are collected from different schools, but where are the IVs collected ? Those same schools?
