I am hoping you can help me as I am completely blank when it comes to statistics.
My company is currently trying to develop a survey that looks at the factors that lead to the success or failure of a change project. Factors that support/hinder the project are things such as communication, user engagement and leadership. The dependent variable is whether the project is a success or failure. So for example, if a organisation reports that they had no communication, leadership support and engagement and they said the project was unsuccessful, I want to know which of those three variables had more impact on the failure of the project.
I think I am meant to use Factor Analysis, but I am not sure.
If anyone can help or needs more information to help me, please reply to the post. I needed this information last week, but I did the silly thing and just trawled through pages and pages of useless information.
